Shipping & Return Policy

Domestic Shipping:



Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. This is due to making sure that all payments are processed. If you ordered during a sale or promotion, please allow up to 10 business days for processing due to the volume of orders. All orders processed after 3pm EST will be considered next business day orders. Orders processed on Friday after 3pm EST will continue processing on the following business day. Orders processed on holidays will continue processing on the following business day. (Business days are Monday- Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.)



Processing includes printing labels, printing product receipts and packing your products in the box securely. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays or time in transit.



Shipping (time in transit) is typically 3-5 business days after processing.



Total shipping time = Processing time (3-5 business days) + shipping time (3-5 business days)



We ship all domestic orders via USPS. Our shipping rates are subject to change based on current carrier shipping costs. We ship orders Monday - Friday only.





Incorrect Shipping Information:



The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We cannot make address adjustments unless notified by email prior to fulfillment. Please be certain your address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you happen to catch that you entered the wrong address, please email us at gorgeouzproductz@gmail.com with the correct shipping address before your order is shipped.



If your order is returned for any reason and you would like it re-shipped, you will have to pay the current shipping fee to have it re-sent.



If a package is returned to Gorgeouz Productz / Gorgeouz Facez LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost (amount subject to change based on current shipping rates).



Gorgeouz Productz / Gorgeouz Facez LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.



Lost or Stolen Packages:



Gorgeouz Productz / Gorgeouz Facez LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Gorgeouz Productz / Gorgeouz Facez LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. It is the purchaser's responsibility to inquire about lost or stolen package.



Damaged or Incorrect Orders:



It is possible for items to shift in transit, as well as for wear and tear to appear on the package due to handling by the carrier. In the event that you received the wrong item, an item is missing from your package, or a damaged item, please email us at gorgeouzproductz.com with photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim and we will be happy to assist you.


Gorgeouz Productz / Gorgeouz Facez LLC reserves 30 days to reship any reported missing or damaged items from the initial shipment date.


All damage claims must be submitted within 14 days, along with photo evidence (highly suggested) in order to ensure proper resolution.



Items Not in Stock:



We strive to have all of our products available. Due to high demand for our products, some products may be out of stock at the moment. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will notify you and send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you. Please make sure you are signed up on our email list to be notified when products are back in stock.

By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms above. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. Any orders will become your property at the time that they are shipped to the address provided to us, provided that we have received full payment for the order.



RETURN POLICY




Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. We ask that you please select your products carefully. Orders are entered into our system the day you order, and processing begins immediately. If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
